I forgot my password, what now?

Go to Forgot password and follow the steps. If that does not work, contact a GM at the bottom of this page.

I forgot my account PIN (the code typed on the on-screen keypad when entering the game)?

Only a GM can reset the account PIN — the website cannot reset it by itself. Contact a GM at the bottom of this page; the GM verifies that you own the account before resetting it. After a reset you create a new PIN the next time you enter the game. Too many wrong tries lock the PIN for a while; wait or ask a GM to unlock it. Never give your PIN or password to anyone, even someone claiming to be a GM.

The game crashes or will not start?

Make sure you copied the latest patch, then right-click the game and choose "Run as administrator". Temporarily turn off your antivirus if it blocks the game.

Can my computer run the game?

See System requirements on the Download page. Most computers with Windows 7 or newer can play.

How do I top up Xu?

Log in, open Dashboard › Top up Xu, pick a Xu package, then transfer using the details shown. Once approved, spend your Xu at the Treasure Pavilion.

Where can I see maintenance and events?

Everything is posted on the News page. When you are logged in, new posts also show up in the bell at the top.

Will a GM ever ask for my password?

Never. Anyone asking for your password, even if they say they are a GM, is a scammer. Do not give it to anyone.
